Phẫu thuật tim nội soi: Những vấn đề cơ bản
Tóm tắt
Phẫu thuật tim nội soi (PTTNS) ngày càng phổ biến với các ưu điểm: giảm sang chấn, giảm nguy cơ nhiễm trùng, giảm đau sau mổ, hồi phục nhanh, rút ngắn thời gian nằm viện, tăng tính thẩm mỹ... Tuy nhiên, phương pháp cũng có những khó khăn, thách thức. Quy trình kỹ thuật, đường tiếp cận, phương tiện sử dụng, sắp đặt vị trí các dụng cụ phẫu thuật... có sự khác biệt nhất định giữa các cơ sở. Bài báo tổng hợp một số nội dung cơ bản qua quá trình triển khai tại đơn vị cũng như tham khảo y văn trong và ngoài nước.

Fundamental issues in endoscopic cardiac surgery

Abstract
Endoscopic cardiac surgery(ECS) has become increasingly popular worldwide due to its advantages such as reduce of tissue trauma as well as risk of infection, less postoperative pain, faster recovery with shorter hospital stays, and improvement of cosmetic outcomes. However, this approach is associated with certain difficulties and challenges related to technical procedures, equipment, surgical access, and instrument setup... because these problems are quite differents among the institutions. This article synthesizes several fundamental aspects derived from the implementation process at our institution, in conjunction with a review of both domestic and international literatures.
