Kết quả bước đầu triển khai phẫu thuật tim hở tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Tâm Anh

Đặt vấn đề: Vào thời điểm năm 2023, Bệnh viện đa khoa Tâm Anh (Hà Nội) vẫn là bệnh viện tư nhân hạng II, nên dù phát triển khá mạnh, song mục tiêu triển khai phẫu thuật tim hở - loại kỹ thuật cao đa số dành cho các bệnh viện hạng I và đặc biệt - là một thách thức rất lớn. Báo cáo nhằm chia sẻ kết quả ban đầu và một số đặc điểm triển khai phẫu thuật tim hở tại bệnh viện.
Đối tượng và phương pháp nghiên cứu: Mô tả hồi cứu loạt bệnh về kết quả sớm của phẫu thuật tim hở bước đầu được triển khai tại bệnh viện đa khoa Tâm Anh, Hà Nội, từ tháng 11 năm 2023 tới tháng 11 năm 2024.
Kết quả: Có 7 ca tim hở được triển khai từ tháng 7 - 11 năm 2024, với đa số là người bệnh cao tuổi, bệnh lý khá nặng, kỹ thuật mổ đa dạng – từ thay 1 van đến thay – sửa nhiều van, phẫu thuật Bentall, phẫu thuật ít xâm lấn có nội soi hỗ trợ. Kết quả sau mổ tốt, không có biến chứng nặng và tử vong. Công tác chuẩn bị cho phẫu thuật tim hở từ tháng 11 năm 2023, đúng tiến độ và khá thuận lợi, với nhiều đặc điểm riêng ở một cơ sở y tế tư nhân.
Kết luận: Kết quả thu được từ bước đầu triển khai phẫu thuật tim hở tại bệnh viện đa khoa Tâm Anh sẽ tạo tiền đề tốt để phát triển chuyên ngành phẫu thuật tim tại bệnh viện trong những năm tiếp theo, cũng như hỗ trợ hệ thống y tế tư nhân khi mong muốn triển khai loại hình kỹ thuật phức tạp này.

Abstract
Introduction: In 2023, Tam Anh General Hospital (Hanoi) was still a private grade II hospital, despite the impressive achievement, so the goal of implementing open heart surgery - a high-tech type mostly reserved for grade I and special hospitals - was challenging. The report aims to share the initial results and some characteristics of implementing open heart surgery at this hospital.
Patients and Methods: Retrospective descriptive method of case series on the early results of open heart surgery that were initially implemented at Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi, from November 2023 to November 2024.
Results: 7 open heart surgeries were performed from July - November 2024, with the majority of elderly patients, quite severe pathology, diverse surgical techniques - from one valve to multiple valve replacement - repair, Bentall surgery, minimally invasive cardiac surgery. Postoperative results were good, no serious complications or deaths were recored. Preparations for open heart surgery from November 2023 were on schedule and quite favorable, with many unique characteristics in a private medical facility.
Conclusions: The results obtained from the initial implementation of open heart surgery at Tam Anh General Hospital, Hanoi will create a good premise for the development of cardiac surgery at the hospital in the coming years, as well as support the private medical system when wishing to implement this complex technique.
