Hội chứng Mirizzi là tình trạng tắc nghẽn ống mật chủ do chèn ép từ bên ngoài bởi viên sỏi bị kẹt trong ống túi mật hoặc phễu túi mật. người bệnh có thể biểu hiện vàng da, sốt và đau hạ sườn phải. Hội chứng Mirizzi nếu không được phát hiện trước phẫu thuật ở những người bệnh được cắt túi mật dễ dẫn đến nguy cơ biến chứng cao và tổn thương đường mật, đặc biệt trong phẫu thuật nội soi. Chúng tôi hồi cứu y văn và mô tả hai ca lâm sàng đã ứng dụng phẫu thuật nội soi điều trị hội chứng Mirizzi. Trường hợp hội chứng Mirizzi loại I được điều trị phẫu thuật nội soi cắt túi mật. Trường hợp hội chứng Mirizzi loại Va được điều trị phẫu thuật nội soi cắt túi mật, khâu vị trí rò, mở ống mật chủ lấy sỏi và dẫn lưu đường mật qua ống Kehr. Hậu phẫu hai trường hợp đều ổn và xuất viện.

Abstract
Mirizzi syndrome (MS) is a condition characterized by obstruction of the common bile duct caused by external compression from a gallstone impacted in the cystic duct or gallbladder infundibulum. Patients may present with jaundice, fever, and right upper quadrant pain. MS is often not recognized preoperatively in patients undergoing cholecystectomy and can lead to a high risk of complications and bile duct injury, particularly during laparoscopic surgery. We have reviewed the literatures and reported two clinical cases in which laparoscopic surgery was successfully applied for the management of Mirizzi syndrome. The patient with MS type I was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectom, however, for the MStype Va, it's treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy associated with closure of the fistula, exploration of the common bile duct for stone removal, and biliary drainage using a T-tube (Kehr tube). Both patients had an uneventful postoperative course and were discharged in stable condition.
