<strong>Tóm tắt</strong> Xoắn túi mật là một bệnh lý ngoại khoa hiếm gặp. người bệnh nữ, 81 tuổi nhập viện vì đau bụng. Chẩn đoán trước phẫu thuật là viêm túi mật cấp. Chẩn đoán sau phẫu thuật là viêm túi mật hoại tử do xoắn. Phương pháp điều trị là phẫu thuật nội soi cắt túi mật. Kết quả hậu phẫu tốt, người bệnh xuất viện sau 3 ngày. Xoắn túi mật là bệnh hiếm gặp nên cần nghi ngờ ở tất cả người bệnh có các dấu hiệu và triệu chứng của viêm túi mật cấp, đặc biệt là phụ nữ cao tuổi, gầy và hình ảnh học gợi ý viêm túi mật cấp không do sỏi. Cho Ray Hospital</li> </ol> <strong> </strong> <strong>Abstract</strong> Gallbladder torsion is a rare surgical condition. An 81-year-old female patient was admitted to the hospital due to abdominal pain. The preoperative diagnosis was acute cholecystitis. The postoperative diagnosis was necrotizing cholecystitis causing by torsion. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed. The postoperative outcome was favourable, and the patient was discharged after 3 postoperative days. Gallbladder torsion is a rare condition incidence and should be suspected in all patients with signs and symptoms of acute cholecystitis, especially in thin elderly women and imaging findings suggestive of acute acalculous cholecystitis.
